About the programme

Leading Women is a comprehensive, multi-module leadership development program created for women who want to take charge of their career paths and strengthen their position within their organisation.

Across ten modules, participants develop the key leadership skills of the future, discover their personal leadership style and learn how to manage themselves, their teams and their careers with impact. The programme blends the latest insights from neuroscience, communication and management with practical tools, workshops and a personalised approach.

Defining tomorrow’s leadership skills and creating a personal development plan.

Participants explore the most important leadership future competences  and prepare an individual development plan.

They identify their leadership style, strengths and talents, enabling them to build leadership capability and self-confidence in their professional role.

Self-Awareness in Leadership

Discovering leadership style and strengths with Extended DISC.

In this module, participants work with the licensed diagnostic tool Extended DISC.

Each receives an individual report highlighting their natural leadership, communication and decision-making styles, as well as their approach to change management.

Mental Resilience

Techniques for managing emotions, stress and pressure in uncertain times.

This module focuses on the most effective techniques for self-management and emotional regulation.

Participants learn practical tools to handle stress when working under pressure in demanding environments marked by uncertainty and constant change.

Leading Through Conflict

Practical models for addressing challenges and navigating team conflict.

Here we explore proven models and techniques for resolving conflict within teams and organisations. With practical examples, tools and strategies, participants develop the awareness and skills to face setbacks and address conflict constructively.

Trust and High-Performing Teams

Building trust, authentic leadership and effective collaboration.

What does it take to create a team that performs effectively and achieves business goals? Participants discover practical models and tools to consciously build trust, foster stronger relationships, and improve communication and collaboration.

Drawing on the latest findings in neuroscience, this module highlights how self-trust underpins authenticity and coherence in leadership.

Fostering Diversity & Inclusion and addressing micro-inequalities at work.

This module is dedicated to Diversity & Inclusion. Participants gain practical techniques for fostering inclusive workplace cultures and learn strategies for addressing micro-inequalities and unequal treatment in professional environments.

Storytelling, presentation skills and confident influence.

Participants explore the principles of delivering professional presentations and public addresses that make a lasting impact.

They practise storytelling as a tool for persuasion and communication, supported by individual speaking practice and constructive feedback from the trainer.

Designing an authentic career path and mastering negotiation skills.

This module equips participants with tools and insights for consciously managing their career journey. Together, we examine different models of career development and how to align them with individual values and lifestyle for maximum fulfilment.

Each participant creates a personal career strategy, reflecting their goals, skills and strengths within current market realities, and learns practical negotiation techniques.

Participants discover the key elements of building a personal brand and create their own tailored action plan.

The module focuses on raising visibility within the organisation, increasing influence and building effective networks of support and collaboration.

Understanding psychology, avoiding traps and making better choices.

Centred on the psychology of decision-making, this module explores common pitfalls, cognitive traps and practical methods for improving the quality of choices. It is grounded in neuroscience and enriched with real-life business cases.
